This is a Full-Service 30/50 Amp Park with a 2022 Bath House with coin laundry nestled on the banks of the Choctawhatchee River. Nicely shaded and the sites are larger than normal and flat. Perfectly located between Enterprise and Dothan, AL.
We have very large, shaded sites with full-service w/s and 30/50 Amp Electric. New bathhouse, restrooms and laundry building. Helpful on-site manager 24/7. We are quiet and mostly long-term residents with site mailboxes and private garbage bins.
