Three Lakes is a gated community in the town of Hudson, which is a short drive, down Rt. 19, from the RV parks in Clearwater, making it a great spot to stay at when nothing in the city is available. They offer a ton of amenities plus close access to all the shops and restaurants in Hudson. They are only a stone’s throw from the beach.

Yankee Traveler RV Park is a 55-and-older gated community set in the middle of the Tampa, Clearwater and St. Petersburg area. This park is only minutes from the beach and is close enough to the highway that visiting family members can find it easily, but it’s not so close that noise pollution is an issue. They offer some of the best RV camping in Clearwater, Florida for retirees and snowbirds.
There are plenty of amenities offered to guests to ensure an entertaining and comfortable visit. You can play outdoor games like shuffleboard and pickleball, or hang out in the clubhouse or well-lit streets that have free Wi-Fi. This is the only RV park that you’ll find inside the city of Tampa. Located off I-275, all the main area attractions, including Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Citrus Park, Busch Gardens, Palm Harbor and the oceanfront are only a few minutes away. This park is under new management and has made a lot of upgrades to the facilities, modernizing them.
This gated park offers basic amenities to make things easy for you as you explore the greater metropolitan area and further points. There’s an RV washing station, RV storage areas, and dumping service. There are some excellent restaurants within walking distance and some shops as well.
“I have been here for 5 days now and so far it has been great…the bathroom is spotless clean, the wifi gets a little slower once every one is home…They have 3 wifi connections to connect to so you have options. Quiet at night inside the camp but you will hear the traffic or boom box on occasion. It is close to I-275 and close to Fowler where you can find food , the mall and close to USF, Moffitt, and Bush Garden. My neighbors are quiet and I hardly see them.
