The Mountain America Expo Center has ADA-accessible entrance doors and features in its restrooms. You’ll find concession stands where you can buy snacks and beverages during the event.

The 2025 Utah Sportsman's Vacation & RV Show Mountain America Expo Center 9575 State Street Sandy, UT 84070 The event will be held indoors, and temporary RV camping is available within a paved parking lot.

• Mountain Shadows RV Park offers full-hookup pull-through RV sites with water and power. This park has many wonderful amenities, including a convenience store, a small library, an outdoor hot tub, a pool, a laundromat, a playground, a dump station, Wi-Fi, and an outdoor pavilion.

• Lakeside RV Campground provides 65-foot pull-through RV sites with full and partial service connections. The full-service RV sites also come with cable TV hookups. The campground’s amenities include a pool, a convenience store, a laundry room, a game room, restrooms, and hot showers.

Tips for RVers at the 2025 Utah Sportsman’s Vacation & RV Show:

• RVers who want to buy a new RV should bring at least two bank statements and proof of employment. If you’re trading in your RV, you should bring a clear title for it, get it serviced, and clean it out completely before you arrive.

• Do not bring your pets with you if you want to camp on-site at the venue, as pets are not permitted on the property. If you’re staying off-site, you can find local dog sitters and doggie daycare services to manage your fur baby while you attend the event.

• Bringing your car with you could prove beneficial and more convenient, especially if you want to stay on-site. You can avoid the inconvenience of disconnecting and reconnecting to electrical hookups, and it will be easier to navigate through the city if you need supplies.

• If you’re camping in your own RV, you should stock up on all groceries and supplies you may need during your trip. Sales tax in Sandy, UT is 7.25%, so if it’s lower in your area, you could save more on groceries and other necessities by buying them ahead of time. However, if you are trading your RV in, you may want to wait and purchase groceries locally.

WHERE TO STAY

Sandy has many impressive hotels with all the comforts of home and a few extras. If you want a change of pace, you may want to book a guest room or suite. Here are some amazing hotel recommendations for your consideration.

• Best Western Plus Cotton Tree Inn has guest rooms with king or queen beds, sofas, desks, and flatscreen TVs. This hotel features free breakfast and parking, a pool, and pet-friendly accommodations.

HOW TO GET THERE

From the Salt Lake City International Airport: Head northeast on North Terminal Drive. Take a slight right. Use the middle lane to turn right toward North 3700 West. Use the left lane to merge onto North 3700 West. Take a slight right to stay on North 3700 West as it becomes West Crossbar Road. Take a slight right to merge onto Terminal Drive. Use the left two lanes to turn slightly left onto the I-80 East/I-15/I-215 ramp to Salt Lake City/Ogden/Provo. Merge onto I-80 East and continue straight to stay on I-80. Use the right lane to take exit 295 to UT-209/9000 South. Take a slight left onto the ramp to the Mountain America Expo Center. Make a left turn onto UT-209 East. Turn right onto US-89 after passing the America First Credit Union and then take a left onto 9620 to arrive at the venue. From Draper: Head north on South 970 East toward East 12400 South. Turn left onto East 12400 South. Turn right onto South 700 East. Turn left onto 9400 South, just past the Papa Murphy’s. Take a left to arrive at the venue.

Parking at the 2025 Utah Sportsman’s Vacation & RV Show is free and available in the onsite parking lot.
