Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Vehicle must be tow-ready, including a 2" hitch receiver and 7 way PIN connector on your vehicle. No refunds if vehicle isn't tow ready at pick up and has to cancel reservation.
- If RV isn’t returned reasonably clean and maintained there will be an additional cleaning fee. Examples are if trailer is returned with significant dust, mud, pet hair, food stains or bathroom dirty.
- If the trailer is used for hunting or fishing, no butchering inside the trailer. No entrails should be left in the RV or flushed in the RV toilet.
- The black and grey tanks must be returned empty, or an additional fee will be charged.
Enjoy a slice of farm life on our dairy farm turned hazelnut orchard. 115V power and water are available depending on where you would like us to park the RV!
