I planed my trip ten months ago, schedule my vocation, everything, I chosed the rv thinking in more confortable, security, since begining, the owner never aswer me properly, after days or week he answer me, but for me its ok, one week before pick the rv, he send a mesage that he had opened the packages that I send to his house by chance, I dont like but i could understand, after this he open all the packages that I send thinking it had bulets or guns, even than I let it be, In the day that I was pick the Rv, he send a message 30 minutes before saying that the hot water has broken and I wouldn't have hot water in rv,, He didnt try to fix or call other rv for me, I came from Brasil, Im not his neighbor, but even them i and my other 5 friends diceded to start our trip without hot water, in the second nigth our nigthmare begining, all the ligths stoped work and the heather too, I called to the owner, but he coudnt help me, on sunday, the third day, I had to call him to know what he'd go to do, but nothing hapens, I call to RV share assistence but nobody help too, I had to go to nashville in a rv rapair to try to fix, I miss all day long there and nothing hapens too, I parked in Rv on monday but I and my friends almost frezzen because the low temperature, on tuesday I come back to the rv repair to try to fix again, but them the things became worst, everything stop to work inside the rv, refrigerator, stove, microoven, everything, We lost all our food that we alredy bougth, so this nigth we had to go to hotel, and on wednesday we return the rv to his owner, I had to rent a car, to spend money with hotel, and worst of this, the ower said that the fault was the mother nature, becouse nobody camping in that season, I couldn't believe, becouse if its no allowed to camping, why he left his rv to rent? Becouse all of that I realy hated my expirience whith this owner and RVshare too, I hope you treat your costumers bether, because all off this I hope you give me back my money, just in case, all the messages are in my inbox, you can see and have your conclusion

This is a very nice RV that provided everything you can possibly need for a fun adventure. The beds were comfortable, the RV was immaculate and organized and the RV drove really well. Since we rented during the cold weather and it was winterized, our group is anxious to rent again during the summer!
