Pullman Moscow Washington Class C RV Rental Reviews

The RV has great power going over the mountain passes and easy to maneuver. Nice and clean and stocked with the basics. Tim is very good to work with as well. Easy to reach, even when on the road, and accommodating. Size is great for two people. We will rent it again if we decide to see more of the area. The are some beautiful areas around Walla Walla. To the south and east as well.

I never write bad reviews, but I sure wish someone had written more truthful reviews for this unit so I could make a more educated decision. The host, Jared is a nice guy but the RV is in very rough shape. When we came to pick up the 'Beast" he first mentioned that someone had stolen things from it- water fill cap- broken screen door latch, stolen loft mattress etc.- Ok, but thats not my responsibility- We paid full price ($183 per night) expecting a nice Rv in amazing condition- we didn't spend our hard earned money to rent excuses and a beat up RV which had things "stolen" from it. We reserved and paid full price for this RV back in February 7 months prior to pickup. I expected a well taken care of fully operational RV. At the time of pickup things seemed rickety but we had no other option but to take the rental as we were on the way to the campsite. So, from the beginning of the trip we were disappointed and it didn't stop there. At pickup/ Departure: The carpet was nasty, I didn't mention it, Jared had mentioned that "carpet was just shampooed"-not likely 1. Missing water fill cap ( blue shop towel stuffed in the hole instead of a cap) Fresh Water tank was empty (in order to save fuel- our 300 mile roundtrip cost $250 in fuel) We ended up stopping at 5- 6 different places looking for an RV water fill facility- This was very inconvenient- When we actually found anRV fill facility, it took an extra 30 minutes to fill up tank on the way to location 2 Broken screen door latch- survivable until you realize how many times a day you have to mess with the broken latch- (Its a $5 part with 2 screws) Should have been replaced before we picked up. 3 The Loft bed, which originally was an entertainment center, which Jared personally told me he removed in the past, was never really made into a proper sleeping spot with a board to cover the cab gap and a full/queen mattress. (We were told by host that the mattress had been "stolen"--- regardless, we were a bed short due to this) We were also told there was an extra memory foam mattress in the futon which we could use.-There was not an "extra memory foam mattress in the futon" 4 Once we got groceries and opened the fridge, It was super moldy and we had to wipe the fridge out before even putting food into it. 5 Once we got to the site, and set up camp. Futon/ couch bed is beat up and bent frame. Also had dirty drool stained sheets 6. Around dinner time, a few hours after we arrived, I came into the RV and there was a huge puddle on the floor coming from the bathroom. Oh no! the Toilet valve had stuck open and pumped all our fresh water overflowing the toilet all over the floor. Luckily, we put no solid waste in the RV toilet otherwise we would have been swimming in poop. This left us with little/ no water for the rest of the trip- full black tank, no water for showers, toilet full to brim, little or no wash water. (Nearest RV dump 30 miles away) 7. Host mentioned that the furnace is "loud". Understatement of the year- The blower wheel bearing is going bad and actually sounds like a key grinder/ freight train and should be repaired or replaced.- Definitely should not be rented out in this current condition. Nothing worse than a freight train coming through the RV at 5-7 am when the temps drop and you're hoping to sleep in on your vacation. 8 Master Bed- Had a nasty stained sheet and 2 nasty pillows for our use- gross. Luckily we brought some bedding from home. 9 On the way home, the cab started filling with blue smoke and we had to pull over as I thought we could have serious fire under the cab. We checked it out and the muffler was hot with something dripping on it enough to smoke up the cab while going 60 mph. Things are in bad shape on this RV, 10. I'm guessing that he didn't have time to clean it or didn't bother to clean the rig. there was a woman's pink razor left in the bathroom cabinet when we picked up the Rv. Oddly enough, at drop off- as a sign of his awareness of the cleanliness of the RV---after his walk through, Jared comes out with this woman's pink razor and says "Is this yours?" (It was actually left by the prior renters) Basically, all the reasons and conveniences to rent the RV were not operational- Missing a bed, back breaker futon/couch bed, no toilet use, no shower use, furnace loud enough to wake the dead, etc... In order to keep my composure, I did not mention anything to Jared about the toilet flooding, but the LOUD furnace and the possible engine fire on the drive home. Jared knows what he is sending out, Whether he was aware of certain things is not my realm. As a business, a professional, and a decent person, he needs to refund our full amount. Host also needs to spend some money on maintenance/ possibly new furnace, Loft and futon mattresses, linens, possibly a new toilet, and get things taken care of properly so guests can enjoy their trip.... not regret it. We rented a unit last summer through RVshare and had an amazing time. the Rv was clean, filled with water, immaculate and everything actually worked. I would have never rented this unit had I known what was in store My honest advice is to spend the extra $20-30 to get a nicer newer R.V. Happy camping!
