Would rent this RV again. Brian explained everything well. Replied quickly to all questions.

Jason is always reachable if we have questions. Easy to work with. My third time renting from him

John and his daughter were great and made my first time RV rental experience a breeze. During the trip, a number of questions popped up and John was immediately responsive and always with good advice. I expected some glitches on a 10 y/o RV, but everything worked smoothly and John makes a point of ensuring that everything is in top shape both mechanically and in the interior of the RV. The safety of my family during this rental was paramount to me and I feel that John and his daughter are genuinely concerned about their renters and want to ENSURE a positive experience. This was one of the best vehicle rental experiences I've ever had!!

This is a bit of a challenging review to write. Unfortunately due to some mechanical challenges part-way throughout our trip, we were unable to use the RV as planned (or really, at all). At time of writing, the RV payments are currently undergoing an extremely slow reimbursement process. Would I recommend booking an RV with RVshare based on this experience? Hard to say: I had a perfectly smooth experience last year, and a rocky experience this year. With regards to the RV, this thing is fully loaded! The 24 hours that we did have to enjoy the RV was pure bliss. Russ offers all amenities and it looked to be the perfect vehicle for our 7-person voyage down the West Coast. Communications with Russ was and continues to be inconsistent. During the initial booking process, we were impressed and appreciative of his response time, ease, and attention. Pick-up in Seattle was smooth and flexible. Communication mid-route and including when the RV encountered maintenance challenges in Klamath Falls continued to be positive. Unfortunately, our communication began to disconnect during the end of the trip & as our group returned to the mechanic to pick-up the RV and drive back to Seattle. Russ was unavailable at the exact time we were supposed to pick-up the RV, and as a result of some miscommunication with the mechanic, we had to leave the RV in Klamath Falls and find our own way back to Seattle (at cost to our group). While Russ and our group have now connected again, this particular timing left us feeling stressed, frustrated, and unsure what action to take. For now, we're continuing to process this experience, and our collective PTSRV. All in all - great RV; inconsistent communication = challenging RV experience and 3 stars.
