Winchester Virginia Class A RV Rental Reviews

Gerald was great! he was very clear about how to operate the RV and was very flexible for pick up and the return of the RV. The family really enjoyed to trip in the RV and would rent this vehicle again.

Ray was great to deal with. The pickup and drop off was convenient and easy. The coach was fantastic and in excellent shape. Everything went as planned and the coach was easy to drive, setup and tear down. Excellent experience.

Awesome RV! Easy to drive, clean, tons of storage for the family both inside and underneath. Fully stocked! All we needed was our clothes as the RV already had every dish, utensils or bath towel we would need. Drove like a champ! All it needed was the family and a destination. Rodney made this rental experience an absolute pleasure for my family and I. His rates out performed the competition and his personal goal to make our experience perfect was evident from our first interaction. He allowed for an ample amount of time to show me around the RV and its equipment. Upon entering the RV, it was clear it was properly prepared for us with cleanliness, fuel, and water for our departure. Further, his personal cell was given to me for 24hr questions if an issue arose. Thank you Rodney for a great trip and making this a memorable experience! Highly recommended!

READ THE FINE PRINT! Technically it was written in the contract, and yes, the burden is on me and I paid, but a $25/hr fee for using the generator, coupled with not leaving written instructions cost me ~$400 in "overages" which made this a very poor deal. It was my first time renting, so again, I accept the blame, but no allotment for generator use was silly. Had I understood what that meant, I would not have selected this rental. Also, the instructions technically covered when I needed to run the generator, but he didn't remind me of the costs (which would have been nice). At the end I felt like I was baited with a low nightly fee only to be trapped by subtle hidden fees so the owner got a much better rate from me.
