Max, Our family had an AMAZING time on this RV, and Richard was a great host. He was very responsive to questions, a wealth of knowledge about the operation of the vehicle (and safe operation tips for a newbie RV driver), and a left us wanting to talk more and more about how wonderful this RV is. The vehicle drove very well, was meticulously cleaned, and very comfortable. Richard provided lots of folding chairs to use, so that was a great bonus for us at picnic sites. When we were parked, the RV felt very spacious with the slides out. We would definitely rent this RV again.
