Logan Utah Travel Trailer Rental Reviews

We had a fantastic experience with Shem and this trailer. Shem was as easy going and real as you could hope to find. This was our first rental with Shem, and it will not be our last. The trailer was in great condition and exactly as presented. Shem was as accommodating as could be with the timing of pick-up and return. Truly a great overall way to vacation and RV!

Justin was incredibly accommodating, especially with our last minute request to rent. The trailer had everything we needed for a great weekend getaway.

No one was there to introduce us to the RV. We figured it out the best we could. There was no binder with important info. The batteries did not hold the generator charge and we had no heat through the night. Despite being listed as having bedding, no heavy blankets were there and luckily we had sleeping bags. We should have brought coffee mugs, cooking pots and real plates and bowls because those weren't there either despite listing a full kitchen. The CD/DVD player didn't work at all so we had no music- pretty sure there's a jammed DVD in there. I spent several hours with the owners family who came out to try to address the issue and they thought there was a fair chance it would work if we didn't plug anything in. Froze a second night and decided to get a hotel. At one point the CO detector alarmed repeatedly, so good news- that works. Tried to get in touch with the owner twice, haven't heard back in several days. He did release the security deposit, so there's that... Reallly couldn't have been much worse. Did I mention this was over our Thanksgiving break?

Great communication with owner during trip. Was willing to help answer questions and provide direction for use of the trailer.
