Gaia, We had the best vacation! Had never rented and RV before and were apprehensive about some of the aspects of driving and running it properly. The owner was incredibly helpful and went out of his way every step of the way to make sure we knew what there was to know, and were knowledgeable about our rental. He took the time to give us a very thorough overview. He is a very detailed person and was methodical, not leaving anything out. There were a couple of minor parts that the previous renter had broken, and the owner told us right away that they were on order and being addressed. We are already planning our next vacation and will likely rent the same RV.
