Excellent trailer! Lots of room and great storage space for supplies in the cargo portion of the trailer.

We had a really good experience with Marv's tent trailer. Marv is one of those helpful individuals who can't do enough for you, and it was great for us as first time trailer haulers. Because we were first-timers, we had Marv deliver the trailer to our home so that we didn't have to negotiate Portland traffic with our first few miles of travel towing. He also demonstrated the complete set-up process at our home, pointing out the little details that would ensure success and protect the trailer. He also demonstrated the take-down process which was equally helpful and informative. Afterwards, he and his daughter wrote down the key steps in the order that we needed to follow to get everything right! And, it worked great. We were able to disconnect, level, and set up the trailer with relative ease and no snafus after we reached the campground. The trailer towed very easily with our Toyota Highlander. I did know it was behind me, of course, but it did not noticeably slow us down going uphill, although it did impact our usual gas mileage. Not bad though. The trailer was tall enough that it was difficult for me to see right behind the trailer while towing, and that was a little uncomfortable, but the side mirrors were adequate to see what was going on in the adjacent lanes. Overall, towing this trailer was a lot easier and less stressful than I had expected. We did have a minor problem with the battery, and that was mostly because I did not fully comprehend Marv's instructions. I managed to drain the trailer's battery by running the refrigerator with the 12 volt system turned on, after I had disconnected the plug from the towing vehicle. I still don't fully understand why, but this resulted in a dead battery which would not power the heater system. This was a minor inconvenience for us, and by re-attaching the power cord and running the towing vehicle we were able to recharge the battery enough to get heat the following night and morning which was pretty chilly up in the mountains. The inside of the trailer was plenty roomy for the 2 of us, and the king size beds were pretty good for camping beds.
