Grants Pass Oregon Class B RV Rental Reviews

image description

Hands down my worst experience ever. When the RV was picked up everything seemed fine. I drove the RV 25 miles to my house without issue. When then left the next morning for our vacation. About 30 miles into the trip... The most awful septic smell came over the RV. We could not handle the smell and turned around to drive to a RV repair place. The issue ended up being the tank was empty and needed whatever chemical that helps with the smell put in it. No big deal. $15 bucks and we were back on the road. While this was a inconvenience it was not something that couldnt be moved past. BUT THEIR IS MORE Mary Ellen Decides that I am lying and refuses to refund me the cost of the chemical and decides that she is going to charge me OVERAGE MILES for the miles I had to drive to get her RV fixed. She also accused me of Re renting the RV to someone else because I had my wife return it instead of me. She said I am just a scammer trying to scam her even though I have a receipt from the RV Place. She was instantly hostile on the phone because she seems to think my time and vacation had zero value. WATCH OUT. She is completely insane and I highly recommend steering well clear of this terrible human being.

We had a nice, quick trip in Mary Ellen's RoadTrek. It was comfortable, easy to drive, and easy to use. Marry Ellen made the experience very easy.

We had an excellent experience renting Mary Ellen's 2010 Roadtrek RS Adventurous — I hated handing over the keys after a fabulous trip.
