Wilson North Carolina Travel Trailer Rental Reviews

This was my first time renting from RVshare.com and had a great experience. Tom and Diana were amazing people and made sure everything was ready for pick up. They provided all the basics and the camper was like new. The a.c. will get really cold. Had zero issues with everything. Flawless rental experience. 5 out of 5 stars!!!!!

This RV is perfect if you have toys to bring with you. The owners are super nice and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this particular RV.

I would recommend that anyone looking to rent this RV just keep looking. We were unfortunatly these folks folks first renters and payed for it. Everything seemed decent upon pickup but the problems started as soon as we arrived at the campground. The rear jacks were broke so they asked that we used the provided car jack stands in the rear. No problem right? Wrong, after we raised the front and tried to use the front jack to level it a bit the stabilizer bar (which was held on by a zip tie broke and the jack bend rendering it incapable of holding any weight. So we texted the owner showing pics of the zip tie and how it broke and he was super apologetic and we said ok we will just deal with it. Next after some fuse issues due to a grounded heater wire we decided to turn on the water. We were at a non-electric non water campsite so it was just the fresh tank and the onboard pump. Well my wife finds the toilet leaking water from the backside and I could not get to the leak as it was unreachable from the front. So we texted the owners and told them and they were once again apologetic. We had friends there so whatever we can just use their campers water and restroom. While cleaning up we used towels from under the bathroom sink. We noticed a broken pic connector and i shot a pic of that and sent it to the owner for his info. Now we cant use the water and the camper is un-level and all this is within the first evening. But whatever we have friends their and its memorial day so we weren't gonna let it get to us too much. After a little leaky AC and some water leaking in from the bunkhouse area (Also sent pics) we wrapped up our awesome trip to the mountains. When we returned the owners were apologetic and we worked out a deal with them to pay us back half for the troubles and we checked out the camper and they signed off the sheet and we left with no hard feelings thinking crap happens just glad it wasn't worse.....Well it got worse when RV share informed us that they were holding our security deposit for the damage we had done? We sent all the pics of messages telling the owners the issues we found on arrival and pics of leaks and zip ties on jacks. The owners said it was our fault and even had the audacity to send a pic to RV share of feces in the piping saying it was us? The water leaked immediately and I told them and we didnt have water all weekend. If someone had used the restroom don't you think i would have just dumped a bucket of water down their or said something to the owners like I did about everything else. We are all 30 years old and older and had an 8 month old in it, its not like we went out and had a college party in it. They then said we left it muddy and spilled alcohol?? We did not drink in the trailer as we hung out in our friends the entire time other than sleeping because his was level and had water lol. We swept and wet jet the floor before returning because like many we treated it like our own. Im sure I have missed several other problems we had but just wanted to point out the bigger ones. Even after RVshare seen all our messages and pics with proof and the turn in form they still kept our deposit. I suppose the owners are probably making them more money than me so its not surprising. Either way rent from anyone except these folks. Take your chances if you want but don't get mad when you get scammed.
