Syracuse New York Class A RV Rental Reviews

We had a great weekend at Keuka Lake in this wonderful RV. It was my first time driving such a beast and all went well. We had 3 adults and 3 kids with plenty of room. Everything worked great!

A really great experience. Ken is super friendly and gives a fantastic demonstration and training.

We had an amazing experience renting this beautiful RV for a weekend of camping in upstate NY! Mike and Chanel are very friendly, gracious and communicative hosts who made us feel welcome and comfortable. The details in the listing are accurate and the RV is quite comfortable, especially considering the needs of my father and his wife (who both have no camping experience at all). Furthermore, it’s easy to drive (relatively speaking, compared to other RVs I’ve driven) and calling it “comfortable” barely does justice to the level of satisfaction we experienced. All in all, we had a fantastic time and I would highly recommend this rental for anybody who wants to camp in comfort. A+

I had rented this rv 7 months before our trip. Pam and I had communicated throughout. The afternoon before departure, we learned the rv was in the shop and the mechanic needed a FedEx part to be delivered. Then we would have to wait for mechanic to fix and Pam would then have to fill up rv with water. Stuff happens and I get it, but Pam and I had a 9am meeting time for a reason. As I was upset about our delayed trip, I had to leave a 3 hour trip with no guarantee the rv would be ready. I explained To Pam the time sensitive nature of our trip and she was unwilling to shave time off by adjusting our meeting location. I was hoping to meet her early while rv was in the shop to go over details but she would not compromise. She was eager to have me cancel so she could still receive all her funds but she did not offer any money reimbursement. In the end, we had to use another rv and Pam has all my money. I fully understand things can come up, but a little heartfelt apology for a huge inconvenience for a important trip being messed up or any compromise in the situation would have been appropriate.
