Tom, Michelle and Scott could not have been nicer to deal with yet very professional. As a former KOA campground owner, I’ve seen and dealt with literally thousands of RV’s. The Winnebago brand combined with the Mercedes Diesel engine make for an outstanding RV. It’s not too big and it’s not too small. The RV was easy to drive even in a 30-40 mph headwind. The Diesel engine provided plenty of power and was very quiet. The gas mileage was over 15 mph. Very comfortable with a lot of storage. Michelle and Scott provided everything you need. All we had to do was bring our clothes, personal items, and food. I highly recommend renting this RV.
