N. Christopher, Jim and this Fuzion 371 are nothing short of amazing! Jim is super responsive and eager to help. The RV was everything as advertised (and more), but working with Jim was pure bonus. With late notice, Jim dropped off the RV at our camp ground and set everything up. He even let us put our gear in a day early before he drove to the camp ground - we simply had to arrive. The RV is well maintained and features all the luxuries of home. I cannot wait to rent this RV again - but more importantly - I have a new friend in Jim! Great experience - this is the guy you want to call. Money well spent.
David, I have rented 2 Motor Homes in the past , both from the big companies. This was my first Trailer type rental. I was impressed with the RV, the process, the value and communication. The 5th Wheel was as advertised , they delivered , set it up explained how to use it. It had everything you need pots, pans, outdoor rug, chairs, fireplace. My in laws were thrilled with it, as I rented it for them. The unit was big enough for my father in law who has some mobility issues as a result of a stroke. It was a great weekend for us and we were really happy with how everything worked.
