Hien, This was our first time renting an RV. Erin was awesome to work with! She let us come and test drive the RV a month before our rental date. She was very flexible with pick up/drop off days and times. Very responsive and super nice! Would definitely rent from her again! Thank you for making our first tailgating experience so memorable!
Christopher, This was our first time using RV Share and so I was a little nervous, however dealing with Dinara was so easy and she put us right at ease from the beginning. Dinara responded to our e-mails very promptly and the pick up and drop off went as smooth as possible. Dinara was out of town during both the drop off and pick up but she had made arraignments for someone else to meet us and he was just as helpful as Dinara. Coach was very nice and clean and fit our family very well. We had one question for Dinara late on our first night (a GFI had popped) but she responded right away and we got is squared away. I would definitely rent from Dinara again!
