Mason City Iowa Class A RV Rental Reviews

The RV is in great shape and owners were great to work with. The owners even checked in with us to make sure our travel to our destination went well. I would highly recommend this RV.

We rented the this RV for a February trip to Texas and there was nothing about the experience that didn't go as expected. Zeb was great to work with, the RV was ready to go when I went to pick it up, and the equipment worked flawlessly. It's a 15 hour trip so having the RV was much better than sleeping in the back seat of a pickup truck with your forehead on the seat in front of you. This trip was in February so we had to make a few cold weather accommodations for the Iowa part of the trip and when we got to TX they were in the middle of a cold snap, but the generator and the RV furnace kept everyone comfortable. I have some hiking trips to CO planned for the summer so we will likely be making another reservation.

Everything about our experience was perfect! Xavier was excellent to deal with and always got back to us when we needed something which wasn't often.

Javier was great and the RV was pretty good. The only real concern we had was the fuel consumption and some mechanical things giving us trouble each day. It eats quite a bit more gas than the fuel consumption estimates listed on the website. We got about 300 miles to a tank. Granted we were pulling a tow trailer with a mini van on the back, which certainly affected the fuel consumption. By the estimates on the site we should have been able to get about 1500 miles to a single tank. Although the tow trailer and van should change that, it would not have changed it by 1/5. We spent $1500 on fuel alone going to Florida and back. It's an older RV so just keep that in mind when renting. However, it is also less expensive than many newer RVs so it is priced fairly. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely rent from Javier again!
