This is a newer RV with only 40,000 miles on it. It is in great shape. The Millers were amazing and so easy to work with, and also very quick to respond to all of our questions. Their main concern was us having a great vacation. Our rental experience was a great one!

Had a great experience with our RV camping trip around Yellowstone & the Rocky Mountains. Jonathon was always helpful before and during the drive. The RV was great, everything we needed all at our fingertips.

After paying the amount due and deposit we go to pick up the RV. Nowhere in messages was I informed this rv had issues. The service engine light was on and the air didn’t work in the front. I was assured that’s why the light was on. I took it anyways assuming I was informed with 100 percent honesty. I totally was not. It broke down 12 miles from the saint Louis zoo. We traveled from Clarksville Tn. We broke down going around a dangerous curve on the interstate and sat there for over an hour until the hour has highway patrol helped us off. I never received the email for roadside assistance and I couldn’t find the number for RVshare. It just so happened the owner was in town for a wedding where we were. We got it to a nearby gas station that was operated by machine only. I filled it up because it was a half tank. They assured us after the air was out of the gas tank it would run properly. Well, we went to pull out of the parking lot and we broke down again. The police helped us that time. The owners of the RV were 5 mins down the road. They have family that lives there. They knew we were in a bad part of town and expected us to sit there with 6 kids. On the interstate before it brokE down the vent on the top flew off!! On top of the air not working properly all the heat was coming through that vent. They claimed we left the gas cap off. The 2nd time We broke down the gas cap was loose again! Like the seal was messed up and it vibrated off. The wife called and promised she was bringing me a rental van so my kids and I weren’t stranded. She never showed. We had no food. Luckily a rally’s was right next door. My babies were running out of diapets. We took 2 lyfts back and forth to a hotel with 3 car seats with infants 2 and under, 3 other kids, and 3 adults. We left about 500 dollars worth of stuff in the rv we couldn’t tote. We were stranded in a strange town with no way around. The rest of our trip was cancelled. The wife and husband were arguing about making things right. His wife doesn’t seem so bad and seems she has compassion and sympathy. But, the husband prevented her from helping us. He also made A drug deal on the phone in front of my kids!!! He was 5 minutes away and never came back like he promised. I made numerous phone calls that Weren’t answered. Just know... before renting from rv shares that if you get stranded your stuck. They aren’t responsible until your broke down for 24 hours... which We were. We lost so much in Uber rides, hotel fees, leaving stuff behind, & traveling back home. Plus my 8 year old son’s birthday was ruined! They don’t care about there customers. Period. Another part Of the rv flew off going down the road. Its super Unsafe!
