Ryan, Overall, the experience was fair. Tanner was always very quick to communicate, though we had a couple of miscommunications. The RV was clean and in good working order with the huge exception of the truck AC and the generator. We struggled constantly with the generator, where it would either not start or start and die within 30 mins, and communicating with Tanner didn't offer any solutions. This greatly affected our trip because we were unable to cool the RV down and we weren't able to cook as much as we had planned.
