They showed me a car pleasantly in advance. There were lots of items in the car, and I was really saved. They took a lecture for me who is driving the motor home for the first time. They are very kind owners.

We selected this RV to rent because it looked clean, it claimed to sleep 8, and the picture showed an awning. The RV was clean, and nicely stocked. The claim that this RV sleeps 8 is questionable. The couch bed sleeps one adult or two young children and the dining bed realistically sleeps one older child or two young children. The bed above the cab is really for one adult or two children. The awning is in need of replacement and the owner told us not to use it, as he had a pop up awning available. Honestly, the awning is important, especially when it rains, so to tell us at pickup not to use it is unacceptable. Put this in your ad so people know. Once we got to our destination, we enjoyed the RV, and everything worked. Unfortunately, on our first day, one of the tires blew out. The RV Assist company took 3 hours to select a tow company while we waited on the side of I-84. Once selected, it took an hour for him to arrive. The RV Assist people kept telling us that they couldn't find anyone. The tow driver said they didn't like his price when they first called him 4 hours prior. If you are broken down, be persistent, keep calling and ask for a manager. After the tow driver replaced the tire, he told us all the tires were in danger of cord separation and not to drive it far. We had to stay in La Grande over night, and take the RV to Les Schwabb in the morning. They replaced 6 tires. The worst part is the owner told us he knew the tires were in need of replacement. When we told the owner we could have been in a major accident due to his negligence, he just argued with us. We had to submit a dispute form to get the owner to fully reimburse us for our costs.
