Functional delightful RV! Great to work with!

The RV was fine we just had communication problems. It was our first time and we have never had experience with an RV. When I returned it I explained to Maria that I had cleaned everything and that I wasn't sure if the tank needed cleaning since we had already dumped everything before driving back down. She said it still had things so I offered to take it back to clean it out since again I have zero RV experience. She said no so she decided to dump it out on her drive way and send me pictures. Again I offered several times to empty it since I was not sure if it was completely clean. She charged $150 for tank cleaning and said the tank had paper towels.

I love the fact that the coach drives smooth and that it was mechanically sound. Very comfortable and practical use of rear view camera as it helps with safely operating the coach. Brad and Lisa were amazing! For any first timers, Brad is always a phone call or text away; very approachable people. They also provide you with a FAQs folder that essentially answers any question you have on the coach. Lisa, is very knowledgeable and guides you thorough the entire process. You don’t feel like you’re being scammed. You simply need to do you due diligence and read RV shares guidelines and safeguards. Take care of the coach as if it were your own and you won’t have any problems. Be safe on the road. I highly recommend this family, they were beyond awesome! Thank you both!
