What is the temperature range for my Heat Pump? • The Coleman-Mach heat pump is an effective heat source, as long as outdoor temperatures are above 45°F. Below 45°F, there is not enough heat outside for the system to absorb, and efficiency drops. With a lack of heat, you will run into a freeze up situation that will shut down your compressor

Json was super fast to respond and very accommodating! We needed a last minute RV and in less than 10 hours we were picking up the RV! Quickly answered the few questions we had while on our trip and was very thorough in explaining everything to us when we picked it up.

Would you like you and your family to be threatened in case of an accident during your rental? NEVER rent from this guy. Seriously, I did all that I could to be sure he was made whole (including filing a claim with my insurance company the second I saw damage) for any damage that occured during my posession of this rental. This guy did everything in his power to ruin my life. This includes calling the police and trying to convince them that I was drunk and informing my neigbors that I was an a55hole. The police officer determined that I was not drunk and actually understood the situation. In fact, the officer helped me file a claim, since the damaged was caused on private property. I had to ask my family to not come home because of the fear of retribution to them, which he was very clear about: "do you value your home, do you value your family?". Not only did I report the incident immediately to my insurance agency, I made sure I was calm and tried to convey the message that I was going to take 100% responsibility for the damages to his property (even though there was a clear hit and run from the insurance agency and the police). His response? He was going to sue me for the entire cost of his "property" in a civil suit. Yup, he is going to try and sue me for the damages to his RV, even though my insurance is going to cover all the damages. To add insult to injury, this guy determined that the inside was "trashed". Even though there was only 2 people which stayed the night in the coach. This coach had 0 grey, 0 dark, 0 generator hours and MAYBE 200 miles on it. There was 0 damage to the inside, yet, based upon his threats, I paid for a couple of curtains and a "dent" in the stove. I get it, damages to your vehicle sucks.....bad. Yet, I have to wonder, is this how other owners would react? Is this how I would react? My family should never have to worry about their safety because I rented an RV. I rented a 1.5 Million dollar house, 2 90k boats and didn't have this kind of drama. My suggestion, rent from B&B RV. NEVER rent from this guy....seriously. NEVER.
