Vallejo California Class A RV Rental Reviews
Morgan is the absolute best owner you can deal with in RVshare. She's very communicative and accommodating to all our needs. She was very responsive to all our concerns. Especially when we were already out on the road. She was empathetic to all our simple silly questions. She understood that there's a learning curve in renting an RV. I would definitely recommend her if you're a 1st timer. Surely, you'll want to rent from her again. I do. As for the rig...It was as advertised. It was super clean and everything you need came in the RV. She even provided gloves to use for dumping sewage. How thoughtful! Thank you Morgan for providing us with an unforgettable experience.
Excellent experience, this RV drove like a dream. I definitely recommend this. Thanks Alan we will rent it again.
My kids rated this as the best vacation ever ! What more can one ask for? Jeff was awesome, he explained the operations very well and responded to calls and texts immediately. Everything was as described and worked as expected. We were 3 adults and 3 children and all of us had room and slept comfortably. Overall experience was superb. Thanks again Jeff.
The overall experience was positive but with one significant negative. We had made a small tear to the awning which Morgan reported, as expected and as would be typical if not for a relevant variable: the previous renter had already damaged the awning and the insurance had paid Morgan for a replacement. Morgan hadn't had a chance to replace it at the time I rented it, according to the insurance agent to whom I spoke. It would have been nice to know that at the time of damage inspection since in this scenario reporting the damage provides no benefit to Morgan but is harmful to me (by virtue of increased future insurance rates). There is no benefit to Morgan because insurance isn't going to pay to replace the old, damaged awning when they've already paid to replace it and the old one is still there. Once insurance has paid 100% of the cost, further damage won't make them pay 200%. If you damage an already "totaled" awning, it doesn't buy you two awnings. Now my insurance company is involved and this is a mess that never ends. All for a small amount of damage that never needed to be reported in the first place. I don't think Morgan was doing anything malicious by trying to "double dip" insurance, I'm sure this was just ignorance. It would have been nice if Morgan had known this principle or at least been open and transparent about the history of the RV. The aftermath of the experience has been so bad and expensive that not only would I never rent an RV from Morgan, I'd never rent one period. It was otherwise a fun trip but not worth the risk. This event has costed so much of my time. I should also note that the damage occurred as a result of faulty windshield wipers which were non-functional at the time of pick up. The RV windshield wipers were dangerously inadequate and I couldn't see out of the front.
