Poway California Class A RV Rental Reviews

Please note that there was no one present when I went to pick it up and also I agreed to go to pick the keys up and pay in cash a extra $200, I then went to the RV that was in El Monte parked but I had to go to Rosemead to pick up keys. I have video of when I went to pick it up alone no one to assist with the knowledge of operation. Time was of the essence and I had no other choice for my trip but to rent a room at the Hardrock Hotel. I will send all receipts and seek punitive damage lawsuit against Mr Yan. Whom at the time I dropped it off placed my family in danger and also told me that this occurred before and that he would have a cover placed over it because it was a gas line and not a water line. I have 6 witnesses and over $2000 in receipts and damages of inconveinance and consideration for the renters safety, also at time of drop off, I had 2 witnesses to verify.

This was a great RV for our needs and it came paired with great owners who made the rental experience easy.

We had a great time renting this RV. At first, Natalia and Berenice walked me and my husband throughout the entire RV (internally/externally) to make sure everything was working, as well as answering any questions we had. We RV was clean (smelling great actually). The RV is huge, and very conserved even though is a little bit old and might need renovation in the future. We didn't need to buy anything but food. They had linens, plastic cups and plates, pots, towels and toilet paper. This was great. Everything in the RV works fine, included the A/C. Since we were plugged most of the time, we only used the generator while driving (from San Diego to LA), and it worked perfectly. It was a great experienced and they have the best price. I highly recommend. :)

Upon return of RV owner walked RV and observed minor rip on back of seat cover. Owner stressed it was minor and could be fixed by local party on lake and then charged deposit for $1,500. RV was turned in over two weeks ago and I still has not seen any documentation for the claim. Air Conditioner in the bedroom leaks on bed where owner claims it is condensation, bathroom shower leaks and will ruin anything on floor so don't use shower. Generator shuts off Intermittently if you drive in hot environment. If it looks to good to be true then it is...
