This was great and Janice and OB were even better. Thanks for helping us have a fun time on set!

We had a great time renting the RV of Matt. Everything was just perfect and Matt was such a great host. Communication was easy and Matt responded very fast and was very helpful. He provided us lots of stuff in the RV as we live in Switzerland and couldn't take much with us. We appreciated this enormously! The RV is very clean and has lots of space. Although it is huge and long, it was nice and quite easy to drive, even along the coastal road on highway 1 ;-). Thanks a lot Matt for renting us your RV!

Home away from home, unit has everything! Judith helped us when our other RV rental fell through but our plans were set. She responded quickly, provided delivery SAME DAY! Good communicator and a real lifesaver.

Please note that there was no one present when I went to pick it up and also I agreed to go to pick the keys up and pay in cash a extra $200, I then went to the RV that was in El Monte parked but I had to go to Rosemead to pick up keys. I have video of when I went to pick it up alone no one to assist with the knowledge of operation. Time was of the essence and I had no other choice for my trip but to rent a room at the Hardrock Hotel. I will send all receipts and seek punitive damage lawsuit against Mr Yan. Whom at the time I dropped it off placed my family in danger and also told me that this occurred before and that he would have a cover placed over it because it was a gas line and not a water line. I have 6 witnesses and over $2000 in receipts and damages of inconveinance and consideration for the renters safety, also at time of drop off, I had 2 witnesses to verify.
