We had the absolute best experience renting this RV! It was impeccably clean, very well stocked and extremely well maintained. From camping chairs, tables, stoves all the way to firewood and crab pots! It even had kids movies and toys for my 5 year old daughter to enjoy. It was one of our most memorable trips ever. Owner is very easy going and an amazing guy. They have gained customers for life. Can't wait to rent again from them for our next trip!

1. Bad check in experience: - No checkin instruction was sent before arrival - On the arrival day, the owner messaged us and wanted us to arrive before 2pm. Since we are driving from SF, we tried without stopping and got there on time. But when we arrived at the listing address, he told us it is a place 20 min away, and the RV cannot be ready until 5pm. We have to accommadate that. He should've sent us a message earlier when he knew that RV was not gonna be ready on time. 2. Going through instruction was ok but still miscommunicated. The owner did a good job going through the RV, except for one thing. There was a valve underneath the sofa which she told us we only need when we hook the RV to the RV site with water and electricity, and did not show us how to use that valve. However, when we returned the RV and told them that we had no water running, they said that we should turn on the valve. 3. No water for 2 days. For the first 2 days, water was going through. But after we refilled the water, no more water can come out. At first we thought there was a leakage so we went to refill the water a few more times, which took us a couple hours. 4. Missing backup plans for communication from no cell phone area We parked the RV at a place without cell phone signals so we couldn't get in touch with the owner when we have the problem. We hoped that there is a written down instructions as a backup plan. There was a lot to remember and figure out ourselves.

Great RV. John went though the coach and explained how everything worked. There are extras that you don't see in other RV rentals (camping equipment) . My family loved it!! Thank You John...
