We rented the RV as extra space for guests at our house so we did not travel with it. PERFECT for this use and Belinda and Danny are wonderful "hosts" regarding setup, communication and accommodations. THANK YOU!

Additional costs were withdrawn from our account which we can not justify $110.09. Lack of communication from Amy after the charge was made. Tense and defensive conversation about the additional charges. We paid $200 Cash for set up and Delivery which you requested. I understand there was a freeze which the Tulsa Expo Center made all of us aware of and had us turn the water off. This was out of our control. You still charged us additionally for having to de-ice sewage. Charged us for the De-Icer and also charged us for having to fill half of a gas grill sized propane tank. No receipts were provided to understand this extra cost. And at no time were we made aware of having additional dumping and propane filling costs. It also wasn’t in the rental agreement or Pick Up Agreements I signed stating no damages. I’ve asked several other renters and they proposed either their agreement price included all costs of dumping and propane use. Or their agreement specified additional propane and sewage dumping may occur. I don’t mind paying for propane or de-icer however $110.09 is extensive considering what we paid. The RV was fiflthy to be honest I had to Lysol wipe the entire floor after seeing my boys feet and how dirty they were after walking around on it. The trash can was in absolutely disgusting condition I just put it outside and left it outside. There was a lot of inside damage from prior renters I think you should list in your agreement so there is never an unfair discrepancy for someone. We were hardly in the RV, we were in the Expo Center from 6am-11pm/12am. I honestly don’t even know how there was so much sewage waste that was frozen. We didn’t cook in the RV our time there was limited. I can understand if we were in the RV all day or throughout the whole day but this wasn’t how this BMX event works. All we did was sleep and bathe which was hard to do due to such a small water heater. It was good for one bath for all three of my children. Us adults couldn’t even get showers there was not enough hot water. I would suggest including your size water heater in your description as well. Everyone in the RV Park had to deal with frozen pipes due to the weather. I guess we were the only ones charged an extra $110.09 for this freeze. Amy did get defensive and say I am making a big deal I must need the money. It isn’t quite that Amy. It’s the principal. Withdrawing an amount over $100 out of someone’s account for conditions no one can control and wasn’t stated in your contract or agreement isn’t fair. I don’t believe filling up half a gas sized propane tank costs $31. Let’s be realistic and I’d be more accommodating and understanding to upcharges. I also read on your reviews you did this to another renter. I was a bit hesitant when I read it and now I know why. Also RV share clearly Says No outside transactions and you made it very clear $200 cash for set up, delivery and pick up and honestly this charge should of been used for dumping, propane charge and the freeze issue. And I believe the $200 cash also should have been handled through RV share not a cash deal. All other renters included their fees in the agreement price. No one else suggested bringing cash for set up and delivery. I just don’t like dishonesty.

Brooke was fabulous to work with! The RV was clean and tidy, and everything was as promised. My timing and schedule was a bit off, and Brooke was patient in dealing with me. :) She was fabulous!
