Mohave County Arizona Class A RV Rental Reviews

This was our families first time in an RV. Christian was extremely helpful with the initial orientation, and was available by text when we needed advice on the trip. The fact that Christian's unit offers unlimited generator use is huge, to keep comfortable you really need it on full time.

DO NOT RENT THIS RV - Unless the owner has fixed all the broken items. Mechanically its very good and great to drive but we had to return it early due to all the problems. It has 3 tv's on board but none work. Even though there were 8 remotes on board, the owner told us the remote was missing and we should 'drive to walmart as we leave and buy a universal remote and try that'. Unbelievable. We did this but couldnt get them to work. I was told I would be reimbursed for the remote but it didnt happen. There was no cable wire on board either so when we did get to an RV park with cableTV, we still couldnt watch TV. My brother came along too but after trying to sleep on the front bed he got a bus back to LV after 1 night as the bed has a metal bar across the middle and unsleepable. The owner actually said he would have problems sleeping there when we collected it but werent sure what he meant. Here are all the items broken and not useable - Satellite TV on roof, 3 tv's not working,Washing machine, Main Annexe, Reversing Camera, Passenger Side Windscreen Wiper (illegal?), Microwave, Main Oven, Outside Entertainment Section welded shut, Toilet Exhaust Fan, Main bed not attached to wall – so when you extend slideout is stays in the middle of the room, Lights above kitchen, Many electrical sockets not working, Front cup holders, Door fly screen broken & screwed to main door, Cupboard door handles missing screw and just hanging down. A 2 cent screw and 2 mins would have sorted it. There was also a fine layer of dust everywhere. We also incurred food wastage as we bought food etc for 5 days. My brother had to pay for 4 extra days in a hotel and bus fare to get there. We had to pay for 2 extra days in a hotel. I convinced my wife and brother to come with as it would be great to camp in the desert, my wife can do washing, relax and watch tv etc etc but I felt like a fool as none of this happened. Its was obvious that the owner at some point stopped repairing things when they broke and just left them. I hadn’t seen my brother for 6 years. When doing the departure inspection, every second thing we spoke about the owner just said – ‘oh that’s broken’. We had to take the RV as is, as we had no one else booked to stay and some of the main problems weren’t quite obvious at the time. eg Front Bed. Our trip was ruined.

The RV is at a top shape - seems brand new. It was filled with anything imaginable, from the sheets and towels to toilet paper, spices, everything for cooking and grilling, outdoor chairs, disposable plates, cups, utensils etc. so we truly didn’t have to buy anything other than food. Christian was super nice, knowledgeable and helpful. We had a great experience
