- Minimum renter age of 25 not allowed
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Gas must be where it was upon return. additional $50.00 minimum will be charge when camper returned with different gas level
- Grey and cassette toilet tank (black) must be completely empty upon return (grey tank valve should be open during return). If the RV is not returned in this condition a $150 fee will be applied
- No smoking are allowed with this RV. If this occurs a minimum $250 fee will be applied.

- if there is any pet damage or stains that cannot be cleaned upon return, a minimum $200 fee will be applied.
