Rental Rules
- Minimum renter age of 28
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No smoking inside unit. $500 fee for smoke removal.
- Gray tanks to be left open and black tank to remain closed unless full (please contact owner prior to dumping black tank). No feminine products or anything other than toilet paper down toilet.
- Please retract awnings if windy or raining. Renter will be responsible for replacement/repair costs if awnings are damaged.
- NO ATV park rentals allowed (i.e. river run). Please wipe your feet or take off shoes when entering the unit. We use this unit as well, so please help us keep it looking beautiful! We appreciate it!
- If something gets broken or isn't working, please let us know. We understand accidents happen, so it's better for us to know that it happened then have to find out on our own. We appreciate it!
