- No smoking allowed
- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. Smoking in the unit will result in the automatic forfeit of the entire security deposit and immediate removal.
- Please dump the black and gray tanks before returning (the equipment needed is provided in the RV). If you would like us to dump for you there will be a $75 dump fee. This does not apply to delivery.
- Please plan on 60-90 minutes for the pick-up, as we will be signing paperwork and doing a walk-through and orientation of where everything is and how everything works in the trailer.
- Pick-up and drop-off times are flexible, but please contact us in advance to schedule a time that works for both of us.
- The awning is to be used at your own risk. The most common damages to RVs are the awning. Any damages to the awning will be the full responsibility of the guest. Most important rule: ENJOY!
