Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Report any damages immediately upon rental return.
- Basic cleaning is requested. Returns requiring extensive cleaning may result in a cleaning fee equivalent to the cost of professional service.
- No smoking in the RV.
- Dumping of the black and gray and water is requested if either tank is above 2/3 full. Please do not open the valve for the gray water, it is useful to help flush when dumping the black water.
