- Minimum renter age of 25
- •Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside of the trailer. •Small pets allow, maximum 2 pets are allowed and up to 25 pounds. Please keep your pets out of sofas and beds.
- All gray and black water tanks must be fully emptied prior to return. Otherwise, we will charge $150 from deposit. If tanks are clogged cleaning cost is $300 per tank.
- • Regular cleaning fee charged is $150. If there are any issues in the cleaning condition at the time of vehicle return, full deep cleaning fee will charge at $350.
- • Any issues must be promptly communicated and reported. • Propane must be refilled before return, if not, charges will apply.
- Timeframe - we will need from 1 to 2 hours at a time of pick up for proper inspection, instruction and signing paperwork and 1 hour on the return of the trailer.
