This was a great experience, the rental unit was absolutely beautiful. It said on the rental agreement to bring my own hitch ball adapter. However, on the day of pickup my ball adapter ended up breaking. The owner was quick to respond and offered to lend me his for the trip. ...

- The Gray House is winterized November- April. Use of sinks, toilet, shower, water heater and pump are not available while winterized. Toilet liners with gel packs are provided.
- Use of sinks, toilet, shower, water heater and pump will result in loss of damage deposit.
