- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Make sure GREY and BLACK water tanks are dumped and flushed or there will be a $25 charge per tank
- If requested we will provide a portable gas generator for an additional fee of $24 per day (Please return with generator gas tank full or there will be an additional fee of $50)
- We DO NOT include a trailer hitch ball- we will provide one for an additional fee of $20 if requested. Hitch ball size is 2-5/16" if you plan to use your own
