Great last minute rental. Easy communication and pick up

Pick up was easy, trailer towed awesome and the layout of the trailer was impressive.
Everything worked and almost everything we needed was provided with the rental which is rare when renting these.
Setup was super easy and would I recommend this travel trailer to anyone!
Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- NO pets allowed inside camper. If evidence of pets is found upon return (ie pet hair, pet odor, scratches/stains from pets) are found upon return, renter will forfeit part/all of security deposit.
- Travel trailer should be returned in the SAME condition that it was given to the renter. Lack of proper cleaning will result in forfeit of part of security deposit.
We live on Lake Erie not too far from Maumee Bay, right on the water. We have a beach and a beautiful view! We have electric and water hook up.
