Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No smoking - Smoking in the unit will automatically result in loss of full security deposit.
- No access to roof.
- Pets - No Cats (due to allergies), up to 2 dogs allowed. No pets without prior approval. We do not charge extra for your fur babies but you will be responsible for damage or "accidents!"
We allow stationary rental. We have full hookup at our home but to be honest, our driveway is not exactly a vacation destination and there are no outside amenities. Nonetheless… if you want to stay in an RV near the Smokies, Maryville College, or a festival nearby and not pay for a campsite… you are welcome to rent our unit.
Our goal is to provide you with a great experience and try to provide lots of extras at no cost. You'll be renting a clean, well stocked motorhome with most of the conveniences of home and a small supply of kitchen essentials like coffee, salt & pepper, a few popular spices....
