Stationary rental. Located on 5 acres with surrounding open fields and beautiful trees, this is a great getaway or jump off point for your mountain biking retreat. After the congestion of town and social life, it’s nice to have the quiet country only minutes away to come home to. Access gravel roads and trails directly from the property as well as bike to downtown Bentonville. Plugged in and ready to go, enjoy the fun and style of RV living without any hassle.
For longer stays (typically 4 days or more) there may be a need to empty black/grey tanks during the stay which is $50.
