Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 28
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No smoking in trailer. A 200$ fee will be assessed if rule is not followed.
- The grey water and black tanks must be emptied prior to return. A 100$ fee will be assessed if they are not.
- A 3/4 ton truck is required for this trailer with a traiker brakes capability. I will supply the brake controller and the hitch.
