Where I live people could stay in the RV in the driveway. I also have minor fishing and a beach in my back yard, note at times a lot of algae can blow in so swimming is not always good.
RV has very lows hours and because I own a car lot it is professionally maintained. As of writing this Sept 2021 it only has approximately 12000 miles on it so it runs and drives like new.
