This will be inspected on pick-up date, and we cannot allow any travel trailer to leave without having a break controller installed and properly working in the tow vehicle.

The Electrical power source needs to be plugged into a minimum of 30 amps - 110/125 Volt AC, 60 HZ (via electrical inlet or generator). 30 amp Electric is needed to run the following items: Air Conditioner, Microwave, Interior wall outlets and to charge the 12 Volt house battery, as needed. We do offer a portable Generator Rental for our travel trailer rental, if needed for $50 fee.
Any Portable Generator that puts out at least 30 amps of power is equipped to run the power for our travel trailer. If your generator will only put out 20 amps of power, you can still use it to run the fridge/freezer, lights or recharge the house battery as needed but it will not run the Air Conditioner or electrical outlets.
