  • Cancellation Policy
    • Very Strict - Renter may receive 50% refund of money collected up to 30 days before rental, no refund within 30 days of rental. A $99 cancellation processing fee will be applied to all partial and full refunds.

    Kenny was very nice and flexible. The problem is the RV itself. It was very dirty and many things are broken on it.

    Kenny was very friendly and helpful, he clearly explained all the functions of the RV. When we had a question during our trip, we texted Kenny and he replied immediately. He was very easy to reach out to and provided great help. This RV has a very warm and homely feeling to it which provides a very comfortable stay wherever you decide to camp. It is very spacious and has lots of storage compartments. Bathroom and shower worked perfectly and were extremely convenient during storms. Additionally, the large awning provided excellent shelter during rain in Yosemite. The RV was easy to drive and no hill proved to be a challenge. Hall/Tow option helps reduce downhill speed and makes even the steepest hills very manageable. I would highly recommend this RV to any family looking to have a fun-filled and comfortable road trip together.

    First off, the owner was on a business trip when my husband and I went to pick up the RV, and the owner's wife showed us the RV, so we only had her number and the owner's email address through RVshare. The owner's wife met us at the arranged time but only gave us a quick rundown of the RV. When we walked through it, she did show us the "few" minor accidents it had. However, upon closer inspection, we realized there were a lot more "accidents" with the RV. For instance, the RV was very dirty. The shower had hair stuck in the drain. I couldn't remove it, even with tweezers. Gross. The toilet seat lid was broken, I did find the pin by the kitchen sink and put the lid back on. The bathroom door handle was broken, and the door did not shut properly. The counter tops needed a good, sterilized cleaning, which I cleaned before and after we went on vacation. The slide out didn't slide out very easily. I called the owner's wife, because I didn't want to be charged for something that we didn't break. She said, that the slide out sticks, but it was okay to use. The side mirrors didn't work, you have to adjust them manually, which is hard to do while driving. The black water had not been emptied, so we had to find a dump place and pay to have it dumped. Gross. We did notify the owner's wife about the things we found before we left, she said her husband would not charge us any overages. However, the worst thing about this RV was that the refrigerator stopped working on the second night we were on vacation. I tried contacting the owner's wife, because I only had her number, but due to no cell service, I couldn't. When I did find a payphone, the owner's wife would not answer her phone, I'm only assuming because she did not recognize the number. We lost our food, due to spoilage, and we had to cut our vacation short by 5 days. I finally got in touch of the owner's wife and she gave me her husband's number. I texted him right away and told him what happened. He texted back that we should get a cooler, and that he would walk us through how to fix the fridge. We had a cooler, but the place where we were camping did not have a general store, and the closest one was 20 miles away. We had to end our vacation 5 days early. When we returned the RV, the owner walked through the RV and showed us what we could have done to fix the refrigerator, which we did on our own, but it didn't fix the problem. We told him that we did everything he did. Then he noticed a box by the bed, which was a fuse box. He said he didn't even know it was there, so he wouldn't have been able to help fix the RV. Ugh. When I asked if we could be refunded the days we did not use the RV, the owner said he couldn't. However, when I contacted RVshare, they said that the owner needed to release our dates for a refund. I forwarded the email from RVshare to the owner asking him, again, for a refund for the unused dates. However the owner would NOT release the dates, so he would not refund our money. He claimed that we "tried camping and didn't like it". What? Blame the person renting the broken down RV? Yep, that is what he did. He did not want to lose the money, so he cheats the people who rent the RV. That's how he makes his money. I was very saddened and angered by this experience. We were looking forward to having a family camping trip, but wound up getting cheated.
