About the Owner, Marie

owner-photo

Originally from New England, I fell in love with the city of Duluth, MN the first time I saw the expansive waters of Lake Superior, while driving down the hill leading to Duluth! It is a great city. The only thing missing is the salt water, which even I can forget on higher wind days! After a number of years of sailing competitively on other people's boats on Lake Minnetonka, I bought my sailboat, which I now keep in Duluth full-time! I love to share my passion of sailing with others, and I welcome both experienced and new sailors to join me on adventures! I am thrilled to have my RV, which is so much more comfortable, especially for longer visits at my home away from home from the beginning of May through the end of October. Semi-retired, I travel between Duluth and St. Paul, quite often with my partner and friends or just with my dog. I look forward to meeting people who would like to try RV living as an alternative to expensive hotels during prime times. All amenities included.
