50% reservation deposit is required to secure your booking and a $500 damage deposit is due with final payment. Damage deposit will be refunded when the RV is returned in good condition, clean, without damage and full of fuel. Note: we reserve the right to raise damage deposit based on group size, length of rental, or event.
Copies of drivers licenses for all licensed drivers are required 1 month prior to rental. We reserve the right to cancel your rental based on hazardous driving records.
Proof of insurance must be provided at least 1 week prior to pick up. If you can not obtain insurance through your provider I can assist in obtaining it through mine.
Rental includes 100 miles per day; additional mileage charged at $0.25 per mile.
Gas tank should be full upon return.
The grey and black waste water tanks should be dumped and read empty on the console. If they are not empty, a $50 dumping charge applies.
RV is expected to be returned in the same condition it was rented. Counters, table, sink and refrigerator/freezer should all be wiped and clean. Carpet should be spot free and vacuumed. If additional cleaning is required, a cleaning fee of $50 per hour applies.
Bed should be stripped, but sheets do not have to be washed.
There is a $5 per day charge for pets, but you must provide a kennel if they are left inside the RV alone. Proof of kennel is required upon pickup. Pet damages are charged accordingly and include actual damage costs and loss of use charges.
This is a non-smoking unit. A $500cleaning fee will be assessed for cleaning and/or damages related to smoking in this vehicle.
Towing is not allowed without prior approval.
