This well-cared for pop-up will be perfect for your next trip! It boasts TWO KING-sized beds on either side as well as a fold down couch & dinette. Depending on the size of your people, you may sleep up to 9 but don't be fooled into thinking this rig is only good for large groups as it is an intimate space for 2 as well! There are windows all around so that you may still enjoy the beauty of your surroundings! There is an outside propane hookup for a grill and an outdoor stove attachment as well. Don't feel too far from civilization as you still have inside access to a toilet, shower, stovetop & microwave. With the ease of set-up and hauling, bring your friends and family as this (mini) Get-A-Way Vehicle won't disappoint!

Cancellation Policy
Standard - Renter may receive full refund of money collected up to 30 days before rental, 50% refund of money collected within 30 - 14 days of rental, no refund within 14 days of rental. A $99 cancellation processing fee will be applied to all partial and full refunds.

**INSURANCE: RVShare will not insure rigs over a certain age. That being said, we are able to set up insurance for you in a variety of ways and have never had an issue.

***TOW VEHICLE: must be capable of towing a minimum of 3000 pounds (unit is 2369lbs). We provide a hitch with sway control. You must have a 7-pin trailer connector installed on your vehicle and you also must have a brake-controller. ***PICK-UP/RETURN: -Standard pick-up time is anytime after 4pm and standard drop-off time is by 1pm to allow turn-around for the next renter, unless otherwise arranged.

***INCLUDED: 2 FULL tanks of propane @ N/C; coffee pot; coffee mugs; kitchen hand-towels; tea kettle; kitchen cooking/serving utensils

***NO HOOK-UPS/ DRY CAMPING: due to the amount of energy required for power, a generator will be needed for dry camping greater than 4 days. If you do not have access to one, they can be rented, or let us know if you would like to rent ours for a minimal $20/day.

***GENERATOR RENTAL: If rented, generator will be provided full of gas and needs to be returned full of gas, otherwise renter will be charged $5.00/gallon out of deposit. It is an option to let us know ahead of time if you prefer to have us re-fuel upon return (still $5/gal).

***DELIVERY: For an extra fee we can also drop off, set up, dump, & pick up for you (see rates for details).

***CLEANING POLICY: Camper needs to be cleaned (to the same condition it was when received) before returned to avoid additional fees. Otherwise, an additional fee of $250 will be charged out of deposit. This includes but is not limited to: sweeping & mopping floors; vacuuming seating and storage spaces as needed; wiping down shelving, counters, table, stove, microwave, sink & anywhere else food/splatter may have reached; cleaning the bathroom top to bottom; all used dishes; trash cans emptied. We will do laundry. Keep in mind, we often have a renter picking up right after you and need to send out right after you return. The previous renter has been considerate of your rental, please be considerate of the next family's rental!

***CLEANING OPTION: For an additional $200 we will do all the cleaning for you. Just let us know.
