Thank you for clicking on our motorhome link :-)
Our 1990 Suncrest class A 30' motorhome has been in our family for about 10 years, it has performed in an outstanding way and helped build beautiful memories for life. We would be very happy to have the opportunity to share our very well loved RV with you and your loved one's so you can also create wonderful memories of your own.
Our Suncrest is a very rare RV, this one is perhaps one of may be two still live in United States, I bet you can see from the pictures that it has a ton of personality and it is so much more unique than any other you ever seen. I haven't find another exactly alike since there were very few ever manufactured. Built on a John Deere chassis, Ford 460 fuel injected engine and a 3 speed transmission; this means that it has an insane amount of power and will climb mountains in a heart beat, solid built and safe. Not the greatest with mpg, and because of that we provide UNLIMITED generator use for free and 100.0 daily mileage allowance with a very low fee ($0.25) for any excess miles.
We recently installed a Steering Control device called "Safety T Plus", you should Google it so you can read testimonials of RV Owners that had this equipment installed. Pretty much you will never lose control, very easy to steer, sway has been minimized quite a bit and now it handles and drives much better then the newer class A's out there as well as long class C, you will be pleasantly surprised. Also, we recently had all six tires replaced by a very high quality 12 ply tires, this means increased stability, reliability and safety for you and us.
The interior is "huge", lots of space, roomy and comfortable. Some of the upgrades we did for improved comfort are: replaced the toilet with a tall elongated porcelain RV toilet, installed three automatic Fantastic Fans on the roof, replaced the vintage TV with a new Samsung modern TV, blind were replaced by the more modern pull down/up style, more insulation on the roof to maximize energy efficiency and more climate resistant, and more. The refrigerator is a 3-way (12V, propane and electric), the generator is a large Kohler 6,500 Watts which provides and maintains a lot of electricity on a dime, long range 100.0 gallons fuel tank, etc.
There is a queen size bed with a household size (64"L) memory foam mattress by the rear bedroom, therefore it will nicely accommodate tall people without a problem. The living area has a sofa bed that has a drawer underneath and it becomes a double bed when opened; the dinette also becomes a bed (twin size). Because of the sleeping arrangements we feel it can easily accommodate up to 5 people comfortably, it also depends how many adults and children you party has.
There are the 2 driving seat-belts, 2 more by the sofa bed, and I believe 2 more by the dinette. There are no car seats anchors or alike due to its age.
I am sure there are plenty of blemishes which are proper to a vintage motorhome, and although we have upgraded a lot of things I am certain there is still a lot of room for improvement. However the price is very affordable, it is very reliable, strong build, safe, and very spacious.
Our RV is as well a great candidate to be used as a spare guest room for holidays, special events, job sites crews sleeping quarters, for relatives to stay at a Hospital to be there for their loved one's (ask your specific hospital for RV parking availability such as Rady's Children Hospital), go Surfing, tailgating, campsites with full/partial and often no hook ups, etc. The possibilities are endless.
We provide all the cooking basic utensils like pots, pans, reusable dishware and cupware, silverware, cutting board, cookie sheet, coffee pot, knives, cooking utensils and kitchen towel at no cost. Also available for rent we offer sleeping, shower and camping kits for your entire party, please check the optional fees.
Our "Convenience Hassle Free" package includes exterior wash to include bug removal, mud or sand removal when applicable and dump/flush/deodorize both sewer tanks. This way we will do the hard work, you will not have to drive around to find a place to get this done and you will only have to return the motorhome as clean inside as it was provided to you. Let me know if you prefer to do this yourself and I can remove this fee for you.
Please share with me your travel plans so I can assist in calculating your total travel miles and perhaps provide advice as which route will be the most cost efficient for you. Let me know how many people will there be in your party, destination, your experience driving this type and size motorhome (this RV is NOT SAFE for an inexperienced and/or unskilled person to drive; keep in mind it drives and handles like a school or City bus)
We offer a discount for reservations that are over 14 calendar days.
Delivery, set up, and pick up is available for a reasonable fee to compensate for our gas consumption and time. Keep close at heart that we will need a second drivers to go and come there twice.
Thank you for the opportunity to earn your business.
