The trailor was in perfect condition and clean. Camping trip was a hot hot weekend and the AC definitely works amazing and kept us comfortable. Shawntae and I did have a drop off miscommunication but she immediately corrected the issue. Would definitely rent from them again.

We would park the trailer in front of our house in South San Jose. You would be able to use all amenities in the trailer: restroom, shower, microwave, fridge, oven, stove and tv. There would be an extra charge to dump your waste other than that everything else would be included in the cost of the nightly fee. Please reach out with questions
Standard - Renter may receive full refund of money collected up to 30 days before rental, 50% refund of money collected within 30 - 14 days of rental, no refund within 10 days of rental. A $89 cancellation processing fee will be applied to all partial and full refunds.
