RV must be returned in the same condition as when it departs, with the interior and exterior cleaned, gray and black water tanks emptied, fresh water, fuel, and propane tanks full. Prepaid cleaning and dumping can be selected as an option. If the fuel and propane tanks are not returned full, the charge for filling them will be two times the actual cost of the fuel. All accessories and equipment provided or rented on an optional basis must be returned in their original condition. Excessive pet hair and/or the need for pet deodorizing will require a fee of $100 upon return.
No smoking, vaping, or drug use of any kind. Odors or other evidence of smoking, vaping, or drug use will result in a FULL revocation of the security deposit, and other charges such as cleaning and deodorizing may apply. Taking the RV to prohibited festivals or geographic locations will also result in FULL revocation of the security deposit, and additional charges such as cleaning and professional detailing may apply. By accepting the rental agreement, you agree and affirm that you are fully responsible for ALL damage to the RV from the time of pick up, until the return is complete.
Hourly late fee for being late for pick up or return without prior approval is $50 per hour, rounded to the nearest quarter hour.
Please note, you may NOT take this RV to Burning Man or any other similar festivals without the previous approval of the owner in writing. RV’s are provided and equipped for a a basic, safe camping experience at a designated, full hook-up campground, and are not intended for “dry camping” or “boondocking.” As such, certain features on the RV’s are provided as a courtesy and/or a convenience and are not guaranteed to be available or operable. Features such as onboard generators, TV’s, DVD players, exterior speaker systems, awnings, levelers, etc (if provided) are courtesies, and the use of these items are not guaranteed, and are not grounds for cancelation and/or discontinuation of a reservation. These items are not subject to repair or replacement during the term of a rental. Only items that are deemed necessary for the normal and safe operation of the RVs are guaranteed. For a towable RV, these include the basic operations of the electrical/battery and the plumbing systems (to include fresh water and sewer lines), and for a drivable RV (motorhome or camper van), these include the addition of any necessary cab/engine systems. Every attempt will be made to swiftly repair a failure of any critical system that makes the RV unusable or unsafe for basic camping and/or driving functions, including dispatching of a mobile RV technician if necessary. Any failure not deemed critical to the basic and safe use of the RV for camping in an established campground will be handled during the course of routine maintenance.
Other camping accessories, fishing equipment, bicycle, and kayak rentals, etc. can be arranged upon request.
